The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 10,                                 
2004, calendar (page 4182), was read the third time:

     "An Act relating to municipal runoff elections and to municipal                                
     initiative and referendum elections."                                                          
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSSB 227(STA) am would
